檢驗原理：

胰蛋白胨提供碳氮源；3 號膽鹽抑制革蘭氏陽性菌，特別抑制革蘭氏陽性桿菌和糞腸球菌；乳糖是可發(fā)酵的糖類；磷酸氫二鉀和磷酸二氫鉀為緩沖劑；氯化鈉可維持均衡的滲透壓。

Tryptone provides carbon and nitrogen source. Bile salt 3 inhibits gram-positive bacteria, especially Gram-positive bacteria and enterococcus faecalis. Lactose is a fermentable sugar; Potassium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate are buffer agents. Sodium chloride can maintain a balanced osmotic pressure.

使用方法

Usage

稱取本品37.0g，加熱攪拌溶解于 1000ml蒸餾水中，分裝到有倒立發(fā)酵管的16mm*150mm試管中，每管8ml，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，備用。

Weigh 37.0g of this product, stir and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, and divide it into 16mm*150mm test tubes with inverted fermentation tubes, 8ml each tube, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and set aside.
