蛋白胨提供氮源；甘油提供碳源；磷酸鹽促進熒光素的產(chǎn)生并抑制綠膿色素的產(chǎn)生；硫酸鎂為熒光素的產(chǎn)生提供必須的陽離子；瓊脂是培養(yǎng)基的凝固劑。

Usage

稱取本品干粉38g，加入蒸餾水或去離子水1L，并加入10mL甘油，攪拌加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝試管，每管5mL，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘后，取出，冷卻培養(yǎng)基，制成斜面。
