檢驗原理

Test principle

明膠蛋白胨和酸水解酪蛋白提供氮源；甘油提供碳源；硫酸鉀和氯化鎂可促進綠膿色素的產(chǎn)生；瓊脂是培養(yǎng)基的凝固劑；萘啶酮酸抑制非假單胞菌的革蘭氏陰性桿菌。

Gelatin peptone and acid hydrolyzed casein provide nitrogen sources. Glycerol provides carbon source; Potassium sulfate and magnesium chloride can promote the production of pyocyanin. AGAR is the coagulant of medium; Nalidixonic acid inhibits Gram-negative bacilli that are not pseudomonas.

使用方法

Usage

秤取本品52.6g，加入蒸餾水1000ml，另加入10ml甘油，攪拌加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，備用。

注：甘油需用戶自備。

注：培養(yǎng)基中含少量氯化鎂，滅菌后可能出現(xiàn)微量沉淀。
